Electrica Ceases Negotiations With Proprietatea Fund Over Acquisition Of Minority Stakes In Its Units

Romanian state-run power distributor Electrica (EL.RO) on Thursday said negotiations with investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) for the acquisition of the fund’s minority stakes in several Electrica subsidiaries failed, as the companies have reached no agreement on the price.
