Electrica Extends Interim CEO Mandate of Alexandru Chirita

Electricity supplier and distributor Electrica (EL.RO) on Monday notified the Bucharest Stock Exchange of having decided to extend the duration of the mandate of Alexandru-Aurelian Chirita as interim CEO until April 30, 2023, under the same conditions.
