Electrica Likely To Join MSCI Index In November

Romanian electricity distributor and supplier Electrica (EL.RO), listed on the Bucharest stock exchange in July following a 1.9 billion lei (EUR432 million) initial public offering, is likely to be included in the MSCI 100 index of frontier markets in November. Only five Romanian companies are currently included in the index.
