Electroputere Pascani To be Delisted From Bucharest Stock Exchange

Electroputere VFU Pascani (RMAR.RO), part of Grampet group, owned by businessman Gruia Stoica, will be delisted from Bucharest Stock Exchange as shareholders did not approve the transfer of the company from Rasdaq market to another market.
