Elliot Sells 1.1% Of Fondul Proprietatea Share Capital Through Manchester Securities Corp

Manchester Securities Corp, the investment vehicle of American hedge fund management firm Elliot, the biggest shareholder of Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea, sold a stake of 99 million shares, representing nearly 1.1% of Fondul Proprietatea share capital, for RON85 million.
