First Deal With BCR Stock: SIF Muntenia To Sell 3.8% To Erste For Some EUR60M

Romanian regional investment fund SIF Muntenia (SIF4.RO) Friday said it will sell a 3.77% stake in lender Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) this year, for 70.1 million lei (EUR16.2 million) and Erste Group Bank (EBS.RO) stock worth some EUR43 million.
