Florescu, RC2: Lactalis To Offer Same Price To All Albalact Investors

The price French-held Lactalis group will pay to the shareholders in the tender offer for dairy producer Albalact (ALBZ.RO) will be the same for all shareholders, even though the Ciurtin family and the investment fund RC2, its largest shareholders, signed a deal with Lactalis to sell their 70%.
