Fondul Proprietatea Appoints New Board Members

The largest shareholders in Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO), US hedge fund Elliottt Associates and City of London, will have three seats in the Board of Representatives, as opposed to their current one seat, after shareholders dismissed two representatives Wednesday.
