Fondul Proprietatea Mulls Selling 4% Stake In OMV Petrom

Investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) is considering the sale of a minimum 4% stake in Romania's largest oil and gas group OMV Petrom (SNP.RO), evaluated at around 997 million lei (EUR221 million), based on the Wednesday closing price.
