Foreigners Withdrew EUR2B From State Paper Market Since Last Spring

The volume of non-residents’ RON and EUR-denominated state paper slid in the first month of this year below the EUR5 billion mark, while the weight of foreigners in the internal public debt portfolio dropped to 19.7%, eight percentage points below the all-time peak reached in May 2013.
