Franklin Templeton Asks Fondul Proprietatea For Two-Year Mandate Extension

Franklin Templeton, administrator of investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO), asks the fund’s stockholders for a new two-year mandate in exchange of keeping the value of dividends to be paid at a constant price of 0.05 lei/share, despite low liquidity.
