Impetum Group Reaches 5.1% Ownership Stake In Bittnet Systems

Bittnet Systems (BNET.RO), a local integrator of IT&C solutions and provider of training services in the IT sector, said in a stock market report on Tuesday that Impetum Investments alongside persons in the management of Impetum Group exceeded the 5% ownership threshold of Bittnet share capital.
