Leu Exchange Rate Up Vs Euro, Falls to All Time Low of 4.0041 Vs US Dollar

The Romanian leu slightly strengthened against the euro by midday Wednesday and the central bank’s reference barely rose 0.02% to 4.4542 units, from 4.4551 units a day before, when it reached the lowest rate in the last five weeks.
