Leu Headed To New Lows Vs Euro As Political Crisis Deepens

Romania’s leu opened slightly higher against the euro Friday, but started to make its way down to a recently-hit record low of 4.65 to the euro as investors turn away from the currency following a surprising decision from the Supreme Court to delay a ruling on the President’s impeachment referendum.
