Leu Hits New Record Low Vs US Dollar, Exchange Rate At 4.0779

The Romanian leu slightly lost ground against the euro by midday Monday and the central bank’s reference fell 0.08% to 4.4439 units, while the leu’s indicative against the US dollar lost 0.71% on the day, reaching a fourth consecutive record low, of 4.0779 units.
