Leu’s Exchange Rate Hits 3-Week Low Of 4.4399 Vs Euro

The Romanian leu was relatively stable against the euro by midday Thursday, but the central bank’s reference fell for the second straight day to 4.4399 units, the weakest rate in three weeks.
