Leu Stable Vs Euro, Exchange Rate At 4.4133

The Romanian leu was stable against the euro by midday Monday and the central bank’s reference barely won 0.01% to 4.4133 units, unimpacted by the results of the first round of presidential elections held Sunday, November 2.
