Mecanica Rotes To Launch Takeover Bid For Altur

Shareholders of welding-cutting equipment producer Mecanica Rotes (METY) decided to launch a takeover bid for car parts maker Altur Slatina (ALT.RO), both indirectly owned by entrepreneur Catalin Chelu, after the country’s Financial Supervision Authority (ASF) ordered in that respect in February.
