MedLife To Be Listed On Bucharest Stock Exchange

Romanian private medical services provider MedLife will be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Up to 8.8 million shares, representing up to 44% of the company’s total number of shares, will be offered to the public between December 7 and 15, 2016.
