Mukul Pal, head of Orpheus Capital investment consultancy of Cluj-Napoca and one of the few analysts who foresaw the corrections witnessed by the regional investment funds (SIFs) in the spring of 2010, says that recent weeks’ stock exchange declines are buying opportunities as “we are at the beginning of a bull market”.
