Nuclearelectrica (SNN.RO). the only nuclear power producer in Romania, has amended the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders set for April 25-26 to add an item about an agreement for project management services, technical assistance, consultancy and staff training for the retooling of the Cernavodă Unit 1.
