Petrom Shares Fall 6% On Bucharest Stock Exchange

Shares of oil and gas company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) fell nearly 6% on Wednesday, trading at RON0.244 per share, from RON0.259 per share on September 22, before investment fund Fondul Proprietatea said it would proceed with a partial sale of its shares in OMV Petrom by way of a public offering on the Bucharest and London Stock Exchanges.
