Proprietatea Fund’s Future Managers Appointed For Two-Year Terms

The shareholders of Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) on Friday approved a request from U.S. hedging fund Elliott Associates to reduce the length of the fund manager’s mandate by two years from four years initially, participants in the meeting said.
