Proprietatea Fund Sells 1.11% In OMV Petrom For RON247M

Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) has sold 1.11% of a planned stake of 1.77% in leading oil company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) for a total 246.6 million lei (EUR56.8 million), the fund said in a statement Friday.
