Raiffeisen Bank, Citigroup Buy Electrica Shares Worth RON76M In Price Stabilization

Raiffeisen Bank and Citigroup purchased shares and global depositary receipts (GDRs) in Romanian energy company Electrica SA (EL.RO) worth an estimated 75.8 million lei (EUR17.1 million) to help stabilize the share price after an initial public offering of 51% in the energy company.
