Romania Ameropa Grains’ Delisting Price Proposed At RON9.11/Share

Swiss grain trader Ameropa Holding AG proposes a price of 9.11 lei (roughly EUR2.1) a share to delist its Romanian unit Ameropa Grains Constanta (CCRL.RO) from the Bucharest Stock Exchange, 66% above the latest market price.
