Romania Might Cap Compensation To Persons Abusively Expropriated During Communist Period

Romania’s Finance Ministry is analyzing the prospect of capping compensation awarded to former owners of property nationalized during the communist regime, considering that other solutions would either take too much time or require a major financial effort, people close to the matter said Friday.
