Romgaz Officially Announces Price of ExxonMobil’s Stake in Neptun Deep: $1.06B

Natural gas producer and supplier Romgaz (SGN.RO) on Tuesday evening notified the Bucharest Stock Exchange that its board of directors had endorsed the acquisition of 50% in Neptun Deep block from ExxonMobil Corporations and Production Romania Limited.
