S.African NEPI Plans To Raise RON11.2M-RON22.3M Via Private Share Placement

South-African investment fund New Europe Property Investment (NEP.RO) plans to raise RON11.2 million to RON22.3 million (EUR2.5 million to EUR5.1 million) via a private placing of shares to a limited number of British and Romanian investors.
