SIF Banat-Crisana May Pay 22% To 65% Of 2012’s Net Profit In Dividends

Romanian regional investment fund SIF Banat Crisana (SIF1.RO) will discuss in stockholders’ meeting April 23 three variants on using 2012’s net profit, which envisage keeping it for investments or paying either 22% or 65% of the profit as dividends.
