SIF Banat-Crisana OKs RON0.1/Share Dividend For 2011

Romanian investment fund SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1.RO) approved paying out a gross dividend of 0.1 lei (EUR0.0228) a share from the 2011 profit, just below the RON0.103 a share dividend in the previous year, the fund said in a statement Friday.
