SIF Moldova Sells Ownership Stakes In Electrica And Conpet; Sharply Reduces Stake In Transelectrica

Romanian regional investment fund SIF Moldova (SIF2.RO) sold its ownership stakes in state-run oil transporter Conpet and electricity distribution and supply company Electrica, in the third quarter of 2017, and reduced its ownership in state-run power grid operator Transelectrica from 1.5% to 0.28%, according to the fund's quarterly report.
