SIF Muntenia Shareholders To Choose Between 2013 Dividend, Boosting Fund’s Reserves

SAI Muntenia Invest, manager of Romanian investment fund SIF Muntenia, on Wednesday proposed the fund’s shareholders choose between receiving dividend payment of 111.3 million lei (EUR24.66) from the 2013 net profit and directing the profit for new investments.
