SIF Transilvania Holders Vote For RON0.03/Share Dividend

Shareholders of Romanian regional investment fund SIF Transilvania (SIF3.RO) Thursday agreed to a gross dividend of 0.03 lei (EUR0.007) per share due to 2010 ’s profits.

Shareholders of Romanian regional investment fund SIF Transilvania (SIF3.RO) Thursday agreed to a gross dividend of 0.03 lei (EUR0.007) per share due to 2010 's profits.

The company will pay a total RON32.76 million on dividend, representing almost half of last year's net profit of RON66.91 million.

For 2011, the company expects a net profit of RON68 million, up 1.6% on the year. Revenue is seen at RON147 million, up 20.9% on the year, while expenditure should rise 39.2%, to RON65 million, according to the company's budget, which was also approved by shareholders at Thursday's meeting.

Wednesday, SIF Transilvania shares closed down 0.08% at RON0.5895. (EUR1=RON4.076)
