SIF Transilvania To Double Share Capital To RON218.4M By Profit Capitalization

Shareholders of Romania’s regional investment fund SIF Transilvania (SIF3.RO) approved the doubling of the fund’s share capital from RON109.2 million to RON218.4 million, by capitalizing RON109.2 million from last year’s profit.
