SIFs Surge At Bucharest Opening Bell, On Ownership Cap Talks

Shares of the five Romanian regional investment funds, or SIFs, opened sharply higher Tuesday, after a Parliament committee voted in favor of raising the maximum ownership limit in the funds to 5% from 1%.
