Sobolewski: OMV Petrom Potential London Listing Shows Local Capital Market Is Underdeveloped

A potential secondary listing of OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) in London using global depository receipts (GDRs) is clear evidence that the local capital market is underdeveloped, Bucharest Stock Exchange president Ludwik Sobolewski told MEDIAFAX Wednesday.
