Sphera Franchise Group Calls Shareholders To Vote On Second Dividend In 2024

The board of directors of franchise operator Sphera Franchise Group (SFG.RO) has called shareholders for an ordinary general meeting on October 7 to vote on the distribution of a special dividend of RON1.05 per share from the undistributed net profit of 2023.
