Sphera Franchise Group Plans to Pay RON35M Dividends From 2019-2020 Profits

The Board of Directors of Sphera Franchise Group, the operator of Pizza Hut, KFC, and TacoBell in Romania, plans to pay some RON35 million to shareholders in dividends from the 2019-2020 undistributed profits.
