Sphera Group Proposes Special Dividends Of RON42M From 2023 And 2024 Profits

Sphera Franchise Group (stock symbol: SFG), the largest food service group in Romania (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Cioccolatitaliani), has called shareholders for a meeting on April 29, 2025 to vote, among others, on the distribution of a gross dividend of RON1.09 per share from the net result carried forward, related to the financial years 2023-2024.
