Stock Investments Beat Bank Deposits In The First Ten Months

Investors’ darlings--Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO), OMV Petrom (SNP.RO), the regional investment funds (SIF) and Banca Transilvania (TLV.RO)--generated significant yields ten months into the year, even though half of the listed shares are now doing worse than they were at the end of 2011.
