Swiss Capital Buys RON45,200 Worth Of Impact Developer & Contractor Shares; Reaches 12% Holding

Swiss Capital, FDI Active Dinamic, an investment fund managed by Swiss Capital Asset Management, and Sorin Apostol, the representative of the internal control department of Swiss Capital and holder of a 47% stake, announced on the stock market that they had bought 32,292 shares from real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor, last Thursday, at a price of RON1.4 per share.
