Transelectrica Suspended, As Romanian Government Sets Public Offering Price

The shares of Romanian state-owned power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO) were suspended from trading Monday morning, as authorities are about to approve the minimum and maximum prices used in the public offering to sell a 15% stake.
