Transgaz Changes Proposed Dividend, At RON46.33/Share, At 12.8% Yield

Romanian natural gas transmission company Transgaz (TGN.RO) on Thursday changed the value of the proposed gross dividend to be paid out, at RON46.33 per share, accounting for 90% of its 2016 net profit.
