After Railcars, Valer Blidar Bets On Trams

Businessman Valer Blidar, who owns Arad-based railcar plant Astra Vagoane Calatori, says the company ended the first quarter of this year with profit worth 38 million lei (EUR8.6 million), after the company logged losses in the same period of 2013.
