Agricover Becomes Voestalpine’s Partner In Export Terminal

Agricover, one of the top five grain traders on the domestic market, bought 24% in Danube Grain Services from two individual shareholders. The other owner of the company is Austria’s Voestalpine with a 76% stake. Danube Grain services has a grain export terminal with a capacity of 12,000 in the town of Gostinu by the Danube located in Giurgiu County (southern Romania).
