Agricover Holding Carries Out First Bond Issue Worth EUR40M

To celebrate 20 years since the start of operations on the Romanian agricultural market, Agricover Group, one of the leading players in the local agribusiness sector, has carried out the first bond issue worth EUR40 million, which will be listed on the regulated market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in the upcoming period.
