Artrom Steel Tubes, the Romanian seamless steel tubes producer based in Slatina and Resita, will be acquired by GLGH Steel, a subsidiary of American investment company Great Lakes Global Holdings based in Chicago (Illinois) and founded by Adam Hitchcock.
