Angst Takes Over Cold Cuts Producer Salsi Sinaia With RON11M Turnover/Year

Angst group, which operates in the food sector, has acquired the majority stake in the cold cuts factory in Sinaia, thus, holding 88% of the shares of SALSI SA. In 2016, the company in Sinaia had a turnover of RON11.8 million in 2016 (the latest data available), a net loss of RON794,000 and 78 employees, according to Finance Ministry data.
