Romanian waterproofing and thermal insulation systems producer Arcon has ceded its polystyrene plants in Sfantu-Gheorghe and Bucharest to expanded polystyrene (EPS) manufacturer Hirsch Porozell SRL, member of Austrian group Hirsch Servo AG.
